Man, have I ever been buried in work lately - a good thing but...
somedays I haven't showered until my lunch break which means p.j.s until noon. (actually, sometimes all day).
I've tricked Paisley into thinking I took her for a long walk when really it was only circling the house about 8 times then again 8 times the opposite direction.
dinner didn't happen.
laundry didn't happen either, although, that is not so unusual here.
dust bunnies are multiplying faster than real bunnies.
emails have not been answered.
But, all this means there is good stuff on the horizon! One of the hard parts of my job is having to keep my lips zipped. I so want to share the projects I'm working on but it will all have to wait.
For now, just want to show off little Heidi Rose- I can't believe she's 10 months old and is almost ready to take those first steps without benefit of holding onto someone's fingers as she cruises along. It's all she wants to do now...practice walking. So stinkin' adorable!
This first picture was taken about 8 weeks ago or so.
This next one is just this week. Notice she's giving us the universal "o.k." - smart girl...
Brooke's birthday celebration with me, her Grandpa and Uncle Ben.
and finally, Heidi with her Daddy. Beautiful, don't ya think?
Here's a quote for today- A baby is God's opinion that the world should go on. ~Carl Sandburg
Love the ending comment, Brenda. I almost messaged you on FB this week, sold a bracelet using your paper, plus I was looking for a recent picture of precious Heidi! I know you have been overwhelming busy, but wanted you to know someone in Texas was thinking about you! Glad you came up for air!
