Liddo Deck Cake!!!

Ok, on a much SWEETER note...
Here's a recipe for my daughter Brooke's Liddo Deck Cake. mmmmmm.
We celebrated two family birthdays this past week and she came up with this fabulous concoction, perfectly complimenting the homemade fish tacos we served.
