continuing discussion on Orphan Works

Our Congressional leaders, (DEMOCRATS), rallied together last night, DURING THE VICE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE, WHEN ALL EFFORTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOCUSED ON OUR FINANCIAL CRISIS...and they tried to pass the ORPHAN WORKS LEGISLATION would would virtually strip away small business owners (like me) exclusive rights to own and protect our creative properties, which in my case and in many others, is how we make our living. Artist's all over the world are outraged at the audacity of the U.S. Senate and Congress for putting Microsoft's and Google's greed over the hundreds of thousands of small businesses this will destroy, not just in the U.S. but worldwide. Artists will have to "register" every single piece of art in order to protect it in our country. ARE YOU DOING THE MATH????
